对家用空调器常见故障的判断基本方法是:看、听、摸、测、分析。

1、看:仔细观察空调器各部件的工作情况,重点观察电气系统、制冷系统、通风系统三部分,判断它们工作是否正常。

(1)电气系统:首先查看电气连接是否接触良好，有无松动；电源电压是否处在正常范围内，观察电气系统熔丝是否熔断,电气导线的绝缘是否完整无损,电路板上是否有烧坏的痕迹。

（2）制冷系统:观察制冷系统各管路有无结霜、结露与结冰等情况;制冷管路之间连接处有无损坏或者有油污出现。特别是制冷剂管路焊接处,接头连接处有无泄漏,凡是泄漏处就会有油污,也可用肥皂水涂在有油污的地方查看有无泡沫出现，以判断是否出现泄漏。
(2) Refrigeration system: observe whether each pipeline of the refrigeration system is frosted, dewed and frozen; Check whether there is damage or oil stain at the connection between refrigeration pipelines. In particular, check whether there is any leakage at the refrigerant pipeline welding and joint connections. If there is any leakage, there will be oil stain.
