无卡旋切机是生产胶合板的设备之一，它属于无卡轴机械传动旋切机，适用于将卡轴旋切机旋切剩余木芯继续旋切成单板，也可以用于把小径材（直径300mm）旋切成单板。无卡旋切机主要由机架、双辊系统、单辊系统、刀架、传动系统、电气系统等组成。
